Ages: Approximately 10 - 15 years old.

Program Information:
This clinic will focus on technique for competitive swimmers. We will work on all four strokes as well as turns depending on the swimmers current level. The Session will be led by Memorial Coaches, with the Sea-Hawks Swimmers working with the athletes in small groups, providing individualized feedback and video anaylsis. This is a great opportunity for athletes to get some exposure to different coaches and a different perspective.
Available to swimmers currently registered with Swimming Newfoundland and Labrador ages 10-15.
Drop off 8:45am at the Aquarena. Session runs 9:00-10:45am. $50 per person.
