Women's Volleyball

High Performance Fall Skills Registration

Camp will take place over 6 Sundays and a T-shirt will be included in your registration

Dates: September 28, October 5, 12, 19, 26 and November 2nd.

9-11am - athletes born 2013-2011

11am-1pm - athletes born 2010-2008

All sessions will take place at MUN physical education gym.

**Players will be split up within the camp according to age/ability**

Led by Sea-Hawks Head Coach Ian Coultas and members of the Men’s Basketball team, this is your chance to train in a competitive, game-based environment at Memorial University.

    •    Grades 1–2: 12–1PM
    •    Grades 6–7: 1–2:15PM
    •    Grades 8–9: 2:15–3:30PM

2025 Summer Camp Schedule

 

 All camps will be at the Varsity Gym in the Phys Ed Building at MUN, except for Girls Volleyball Aug 4-8th which will be held at Br. Rice Jr High School gym.

What does a typical day looks like at basketball camp?

8:30am Early Drop Off
9-9:30am Active Warm Up
9:30-11am Skill Work Stations & Break
11-11:30am 1on1 Ladder
11:30-12:15pm Team Drills & 3v3
12:30-1:30pm Supervised Lunch
1:30-2:30pm Outdoor Activity
2:30-4pm 5v5 Tournament Play
4:30pm Latest Pick Up

 

What time can I drop my child off in the morning?

- For basketball and volleyball camps there will be an early drop off time of 8:30am where staff will be present. The pick-up time is set to 4:00.

 

Can parents watch?

-For basketball & volleyball parents are not permitted in the gym to watch due to capacity reasons. For soccer and swimming, parents are permitted to watch if they choose.

 

Can my child bring a lunch?

-Yes, there will be a 1- hour lunch break where they can eat a packed lunch, or purchase something from the UC (basketball & volleyball camps)

 

Will there be swimming? 

It is unlikely there will be swimming this year as the Aqurena is under renovation. 

 

What equipment do I need to bring?

-Your child is permitted to bring their own basketball; however, it is not required. It is recommended to wear breathable athletic clothing and plenty of water. 

 

If I need to cancel my registration for a camp, will I be issued a refund?

For any camp refund, there will be a $50 admin fee. Please note, that within one week of a camp start, no refunds will be issued.
