Hawks Take Home 3 Medals at AUS Championships

Mun was represented by 16 athletes at the AUS championship in Saint John , NB, which saw 275 athletes competing from 10 different universities.
    Memorial won 3 medals:
     Niamh Molloy won silver in the polevault, Shae LeDevehat earned bronze in the pentathlon and Nick Pike polevaulted to a bronze medal.
    Other top six performances earning team points included fourth places in the highjump with Paul Andersen and Shae LeDevehat, and the men’s 4x400 and 4x800 relays. Fifth place with Ben Krilow in the 60m and Dumisa Bhebhe in the Sprint hurdles.
    Sixth place showings by Gretchen McPhail in the 600m, Dumisa Bhebhe in the triple jump and the women’s 4x 400 relay.
