Men's Sea-Hawks Soccer Players Honored with AUS Awards

Two of the Memorial Sea-Hawks Men's Soccer Team Earned Awards During the AUS Awards.

Harry Carter- Carter is a 6th year student at Memorial who recently graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. Carter is a cherished leader of the Sea-Hawks team who excels at all aspects of play. He is a solid defender who organizes the team's flow of play from the back line. He creates strategic plays to advance the ball to the forwards allowing them offensive opportunities. Carter's intense presence and strong defending was recognized as he was named to the AUS First Team All Stars.

Colin Connors- Connors is in his 4th year of a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Memorial and is in his 3rd year of eligibility. Nicknamed "speedy", Connors is known for his sprinting ability in the offensive third where he blows past defenders to gain quality goal scoring chances. Connors is a stealthy forward who sneaks in behind the opposing teams defenders. Leading the Sea-Hawks in goals, Connors has netted 4 in 11 games. Connors pace and goal scoring abilities were honored as he was named to the AUS Second Team All Stars.
