Sea-Hawks Head to AUS Championships

The Memorial Sea-Hawks cross country teams will head to Halifax, Nova Scotia this weekend to participate in the 2018 AUS Cross Country Championships hosted by the Dalhousie Tigers. The women's 8km race will begin at 12:30pm NST on Saturday, to be followed by the men's 10km race at 1:15pm NST.

The men's team will be led by rookie Levi Moulton, who has placed in the top 5 at two previous AUS meets (StFX Invitational, Univ. de Moncton Invitational) this season. Joining Moulton in Halifax will be Tyler Cole, Nick Butt, Chris Galley, and Alexander Pittman. The Sea-Hawks will look to build on their success at previous meets and earn a medal in the team competition.

As for the women's team, they will be led by Hannah Cooke, who was the top finisher for the Sea-Hawks at the Universite de Moncton Invitational early this month. Danielle Seviour and Katrina-Lynn Picco will join Cooke. The women's team will not be in contention for the team portion, as you need to have 5 participants to qualify.
