MONCTON – Université de Moncton Aigles Bleues (2-8=4pts, 5th position) won the first of three games, 3-1 against Memorial University Sea Hawks (0-9=0pts, 6th position), in an Atlantic University Sport women's volleyball game Friday at the CEPS. 

Moncton won 25-21, 25-19,  19-25 and 25-21. Pascale Doiron had 15 kills and 14 digs for the Blue and Gold and Joanie Arsenault, 14 kills and 18 digs. Belle de Vries had 21 kills and 18 digs for Memorial and Katie Wagar, 29 digs.  

Both teams will play again today (Saturday) at 4p.m. and Sunday at 2p.m. at the CEPS Louis-J.-Robichaud gymnasium on the Moncton campus.
