Memorial will play five games over three days, which includes matches against every team in the conference.  This is the third year that this league tournament has taken place and will give an early indication of where they stack up with other teams in the conference.

The schedule for this weekend is as follows:

Friday, November 16 – vs. Saint Mary's (3:30pm NST)

Saturday, November 17 – vs. Moncton (11:30am NST)*

Saturday, November 17 – vs. Dalhousie (5:30pm NST)

Sunday, November 18 – vs. UNB (12:30pm NST)*

Sunday, November 18 – vs. Acadia (4:30pm NST)

*Games played at Horton HS Gym

The Sea-Hawks were off last weekend, but previously hosted the Acadia Axewomen in a home weekend triple header.  Memorial lost all three matches, but were able to push a strong Acadia team to 5 sets on opening night.

Sea-Hawks Head Coach John Slauenwhite feels his team has made some improvements since their opening weekend matches and looks forward to seeing where his squad stacks up in the AUS this season. 

"The team has been working hard over the last few weeks, since our home opener against Acadia. We are looking forward to the challenges of competing this weekend versus all of our AUS counterparts. This is a unique event, where we will get to put what we have been working on (in practice) into game play against everyone."
