Erin attends Holy Heart of Mary High School. She was a major part of her high school teams success this season, helping capture the 4A provincial championship in March. During the summer of 2018, Erin was a member of the U17 NL provincial team. She started all 6 games at Nationals, were she averaged 10 points, 7 rebounds, 2 steals, and 3 blocks per game.
Coach English feels with the commitment of Erin they are adding defense and toughness to the program.
"I had the pleasure to coach Erin this past summer on the U17 provincial team. Erin is a fantastic athlete with great length and is a fierce competitor. Her ability to disrupt other teams offence by taking away passing lanes and contesting shots is special. We are thrilled to add Erin to our program and really look forward to seeing her grow as a student, athlete, and person."

Erin is excited for the opportunity to stay home and continue to play the sport she loves.
"Basketball has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, so I am extremely grateful to have been given the opportunity to play at the next level right here at home with the Memorial Sea-Hawks. Being able to continue to play in front of friends and family and to represent our province is something really special to me. I'm super thankful for everyone who has supported me and helped me reach this point, and I look forward to continuing my studies at Memorial University."
