Sea~Hawks HP Volleyball Club for Girls 13U-18U
Memorial University in conjunction with their Women’s Volleyball team will again be offering a High Performance volleyball training experience for girls in the 13U (Born in 2003 or later), 14U (Born in 2002), 15U (Born in 2001), 16U (Born in 2000), and 18U (Born in 1998/1999) age categories.
Our Club Mission and Vision
The Sea~Hawks High Performance Program has a mission to develop thirteen to eighteen year-old female athletes to reach their maximum potential in women’s volleyball and develop as future leaders. Our vision is to have each leader be an athlete who excels at the Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) or Canadian College Athletic Association (CCAA) level of volleyball.
Although our aim is to perform at a high level provincially and nationally, true success will be measured by our athletes’ long-term development rather than immediate on court performance while with the Sea~Hawks High Performance Program.
The Sea~Hawks philosophy will be fostered through our relationship with the Memorial University of Newfoundland Women’s Volleyball Team and their coaches. Sea~Hawks High Performance Program members will have an opportunity to fully develop as volleyball athletes through elite technical training, attendance as spectators at MUN Sea~Hawks matches, and through volunteering at MUN Sea~Hawks matches. It is presumed that our Sea~Hawks High Performance athletes give back to the volleyball community. The impact that our future leaders in women’s volleyball, is something we look forward to experiencing in the future.
